Teragi Academy offers yoga classes specifically designed to complement more intense training activities like Jiu Jitsu and strength training, as well as to counter the effects of prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or in front of a computer. If you're a Jiu Jitsu member, our yoga classes are included with your membership so you can find balance in your training in one convenient and beautiful location. Or you can simply join our yoga program to begin your fitness journey! We offer affordable monthly membership option as well as pay-as-you attend options.
